Hey style lovers, TGIF! So I'm just going to jump right in there and admit that after many, many years of doing laundry I still have my moments where I occasionally destroy the laundry. Not a stepford wife by far. I cook, clean and then clean some more but who am I kidding? Life is to be lived and I refuse to live it in the laundry room and kitchen.

In my home everyone,I mean EVERYONE is a contributor. I never have believed in the whole the man works while the wifey cooks and clean BS. Never! Ha! However, I prefer a clean home and quite frankly the hubby's level of clean is maybe a level 7 out of 10. Heehee! So anyway being the extra busy, often overwhelmed, take on too many tasks, never packing lightly individual that I am I while doing many others things shrunk my shirt dress in the process of doing the laundry. Fail!

You might remember it here. Sad to say that it most definitely is not a dress anymore! Not at all. So I decided to turn my destruction/ fashion faux pas around and make it work for me. It works perfectly as an over sized button down top. It was a shirt dress after all. Truth is when you are a style crazed individual then your philosophy is probably "by any means necessary." This includes ripping, pinning, adding bling removing a sleeve or cutting fringe onto a basic tee. Am I right? Basically when you are feeling a certain type of way or you just feel like rocking a specific look you do just that. Otherwise who are you dressing for? Stay ridiculously fab my style lovers! Cheers to the weekend!
